First hardware business is started at Tanjung Tualang by Founder Mr. Lim Tet Hin.
Mr. Lim Chek Long and Mr. Tiew Wai Leong started a new hardware company Tet Hin Trading at Pusing.
Construction division is established, with main focus in construction business.
Hardware & Ceramic division is established, as a supplier of tiles.
Sanitary ware division is established and we are proudly to be a core distributor of CAN in Malaysia.
Trademarked our brand of “LASIO”.
Started our own sanitary OEM & manufacturing factory at Shantou, China.
Started a precast concrete company. We are a manufacturer of all types of precast products.
We obtained our Ikram approval for our precast products. Next, we started supplying Ready Mixed products.
LTH Group started to involve in property development project at Seri Iskandar.
Established a new joint-venture company, JLT Industries Sdn. Bhd.
Change company name from LTH Cement Sdn. Bhd. to LTH Group Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
Change company name from Lim Tet Hin Sdn. Bhd. to LTH Living Sdn. Bhd.
We had been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification in March 2019.
Setup new company, LTH Properties Sdn. Bhd. and LTH Global Logistics Sdn. Bhd.
Setup new company to produce new product, AURAMIX.
Setup new concrete plant at Batu Gajah Perdana and expand the production plant of Seri Iskandar.
Established the third production line for concrete products at Malacca.
Obtained SIRIM approval for precast concrete box culvert product.
Obtained SIRIM approval for ready mixed concrete products.
Began construction projects called Gemilang Avenue at Seri Iskandar, Perak.
Change company name from LTH Global Logistics Sdn. Bhd. to LTH Logistics and Trading Sdn. Bhd.
Started new product lines, precast concrete Chamber Ring and Pipe Culvert.
Exported our Chamber Ring and Inspection Chamber to Singapore.
Opened our fouth and fifth precast factory in Simpang Pulai Perak and Rawang Selangor.
Obtained SIRIM approval for Precast Concrete Pile.
